Estimated Shipping Time
In most cases, orders received before 12pm MST, M-F, will ship that same day. Orders received after this time will ship by the following business day. Please note that shipments can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Rokkor offers the following shipping options: Ground, Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, or 3-Day Air. Please select your method of shipping at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, Rokkor only ships UPS within the 50 United States, US Territories (Puerto Rico and Guam) and Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes, or internationally. If you live outside of these regions, please email us at sales@rokkor.com as we very well may have a distributor in your area. For Canadian shipments, Rokkor is not responsible for any duties or custom fees assessed on your order.
Canadian Shipments
Rokkor is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be applied to Canadian orders.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will be emailed a UPS tracking number. You may also login to your account to check the status of your order.
Signature Required
Please note that Rokkor does not send packages signature required. This means the driver can leave the package at your door if he so chooses. Rokkor and UPS are not responsible if your package gets lost or stolen. If you would like your order sent signature required, please order by phone at 877-249-1899.
