Rokkor® Warranty Policy
Rokkor warrants to the original purchaser, that all of its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the purchase date. All products returned due to warranty, must have prior authorization from Rokkor and proof of original purchase. This warranty does not cover freight charges or labor charges that may be incurred. Rokkor will either repair or replace, at our discretion, any parts found defective within the limited three-year warranty period. The warranty does not cover products subjected to the following: accidents of any kind, negligence, alterations, abuse, improper installation, or high stress driving of any kind. Automobile racing and other forms of motor sports are very dangerous and products are subject to failure when exposed to the high stress involved. No warranty or representation is made as to these products ability to protect the user from injury or death; the user expressly assumes any and all such risk.
Rokkor® Warranty Claim
For all warranty claims please contact Rokkor at 877-249-1899 and ask for customer service. You will be given a return authorization number, which you will need to write on the return package or shipping label. Packages returned without an authorization number will be refused. Once the product is returned to Rokkor, we will either fix your part or if deemed unfixable we will send you a replacement.
